Adult Choir rehearsals – Thursdays at 7:30 pm. Supercharge your Immune System … SING! One strategy that will help you stay healthy is to take up a relaxing hobby— singing in KofK’s choir, for example! British researchers report that singing increases levels of an immune system protein that helps fight illness. In fact, anything that feeds your soul is likely to be good for your body. So come feed your soul and share your gift of music!
